Getting Started
1. Sign up with your Windows™ Live ID. You can use your Hotmail, MSN Messenger,
or Passport account.
2. Add your company information and accept the Terms and Conditions.
3. Enter your book details online using the web form, a spreadsheet or ONIX
files.
4. Send us your books by uploading them online or shipping the books.
About the Publisher Program
Live Search Books is Microsoft’s online search service for books.
The service will give information seekers a distinctive, powerful set of tools that
helps them find answers to their search questions by discovering authoritative book
content—and provide publishers with a new way to connect with potential customers.
As publishers, you add your content to Live Search Books through the
Live Search Books Publisher Program. Participation in the program is free, and it takes
just a few simple steps to sign up. Once you've submitted your titles, we’ll handle
the rest: if needed, we’ll scan your books and then index them. Once the service launches,
millions of Live Search Books users will be able to discover your books and either purchase
them from your site or from participating retailers.
